In the first 1–2 weeks, you’ll be coached in a group of less than 4 people, on all basics and movement patterns.

From week 3–12, you will move into a larger group to focus on mastering technique and maximizing your training benefits.

You’ll receive class details by email. Expect a 30-minute call with a coach who specializes in working with students new to training.
