12 weeks of guidance

Preplanned fun and effective workouts with coach guidance.

Work in small groups

In the first 1-2 weeks, you’ll be coached in a group of less than 4 people, on all basics and movement patterns.

Advance to bigger challenges.

You'll move to the larger group, once you can execute these basics safely.

Week off to

You will take a week off at the end of the quarter to recover, recuperate and give your mind and body a break

Come back refreshed

You'll come back after the break for the next quarter, refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to go!
