Enter Kettlebells! We moved away from traditional gym equipment and designed training protocols incorporating the best result-oriented systems worldwide. No more random workouts with no results, only structured training plans with goals in mind. And of course, a solid dose of fun and play to make us want to keep coming back.
We understood that diet deprivation was unsustainable, so we emphasized balanced nutrition and social interactions as essential parts of our fitness journey. We built balanced healthier diets, while still enjoying occasional treats and social outings, promoting overall well-being.
To increase general physical preparedness or GPP as popularly known, we realised that getting stronger through resistance training and building muscle is for EVERYONE - no matter your gender, age, experience or athleticism. This is the genesis of The Quad Method that focuses on building the right balance of strength, speed, endurance and mobility that every human body needs.
We shifted away from extreme exercise routines and focused on workouts we genuinely enjoyed. This made the training process more fun and motivating, promoting a healthier relationship with fitness.
Rather than obsessing over immediate results, we celebrated every small victory and progress along the way. Understanding that fitness is a journey with ups and downs, we adopted a more forgiving and compassionate attitude toward ourselves and our community, staying motivated and persistent through challenges and setbacks
Today after more than a decade of experience, we are India’s largest kettlebell experts, having trained 10k+ Indians worldwide, both in-person in Chennai and virtually. Even after countless transformations, success stories and loyal long-term members, we still feel like we’re just getting started!
