Trial Show-up Fee: A refundable ₹500 show-up fee is required to confirm your trial class at The Quad.
Refund Policy: If you attend your trial class but choose not to enroll, your ₹500 show-up fee will be refunded. Refunds are processed within 3 working days from your trial date and are typically credited within 5–7 working days.
Membership Adjustment: If you enroll at The Quad, the ₹500 show-up fee will be adjusted against your membership fee.
No Refund for No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled trial without prior notice, the ₹500 show-up fee will be forfeited.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your trial once. Failure to attend the rescheduled trial will result in forfeiting the ₹500 show-up fee.
