Role Introduction

We want to build a superstar marketing team that will drive all our lead generation and brand reach activities to elevate everything we do to the next level.

The role of the Social Media Coordinator inside The Quad will be instrumental in the explosion of our brand’s reach with Indians around the world who are looking for high-quality, expert guidance in their fitness journeys.

We're looking for a creative social media coordinator who will help us create content that makes for a strong foundation for our inbound marketing strategy, has solid project management skills and can keep up with the dynamic social media environment.

We want a storyteller who believes in The Quad's vision to help people build stronger lives, and take our message to people around the world and show them what it means to build a sustainable fitness journey

Responsibilities

Shoots for SM platforms

  • Coordinate and organise shoots
  • Ensure timelines are followed to receive the final files
  • Liaise with the videography team to organise shoots, communicate briefs and handle the process end-to-end
  • Organise the footage bank

Content creation for SM platforms

  • Learn the brand voice and follow the same on social media
  • Go to the different centres to gather footage
  • Be a liaison and coordinate with the content team to gather social media content promptly.
  • Create reels that have solid anchors, hooks and neat edits
  • Create posts, stories and other social media creatives on Canva and post them promptly
  • Write captions for the posts and reels that are engaging and according to the brand language.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends
  • Assist in setting up the YouTube channel

Response management

  • Respond to DMs and comments promptly

Data

  • Track Instagram and other social media platforms’ data on time.

This role can grow into a Social Media Specialist position by working directly with various external resources and potentially building a team under you as the brand grows.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Visual Communication
  • At least 1 year of experience working in social media - especially Instagram and YouTube
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external resources
  • Comfortable shooting content and editing reels that communicate the brand’s message. In other words, have a content-creator mindset!
  • Able to travel to the different centres in Chennai to gather content
  • Has content writing experience (writing brand-style post captions)
  • Can work comfortably on Canva and other design platforms
  • The secret code is lion. Please make a note of this, you'll be needing it a different stage of the process
  • Is accountable and has top-notch organisation skills, with an eye for detail
  • Experience using CRM tools like Zoho Social, Hubspot or Hootsuite
  • High skill with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs
