Role Introduction

The role of the Sales Manager inside The Quad will be instrumental in our continued growth into 2022 and beyond. We've expanded our virtual presence 10x since the pandemic began and after rebuilding our in-person services this year, we're now ready to grow more!

We're looking for an energetic sales manager who will thrive in our consultative sales environment and help us grow our revenue locally and internationally. We want someone who believes in The Quad's vision to help people build stronger lives and take our message to 1000s of people around the world who want effective and sustainable fitness journeys!

Responsibilities

  • Leading the sales division inside The Quad, by mentoring and managing an existing team of 4 incredible sales executives and responsible for their growth path
  • Data monitoring and analytics for the sales team effort and weekly reporting to the leadership team
  • Responsible for prospect pipeline and meeting monthly sales targets
  • Working with the leadership in sales and marketing strategy, and defining the monthly sales targets for the coming years
  • Planning and executing trial events and other lead generation activities along with the team
  • Communicating with inbound leads and prospective clients regarding all services provided by The Quad via phone, Zoom and also in-person when needed
  • Stay up-to-date on competition and new market trends

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in business or management
  • 5-7 years experience and successful track record with scaling a business, revenue generation of INR 10C+, customer relationships, BD techniques and small team management
  • Good marketing sensibilities and brand understanding to work on executing campaigns with the internal marketing team that are geared towards company's sales and revenue targets
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
  • Top-notch organisation skills, with an eye for detail
  • High skill with Google Sheets, Zoho and overall technology and automation
