Role Introduction
This coming year, The Quad is excited to share that GROWTH is on our minds!
The role of the Growth Executive (Sales) inside The Quad's Business team will be instrumental in our continued growth into 2023 and beyond. We've expanded our virtual presence 10x since the pandemic began and after rebuilding our in-person services in 2021 and hitting our highest revenues in 2022, we're raring to go!
We're looking for an energetic executive who will literally be the voice of our brand.
They will thrive in our consultative sales environment and help us grow our revenue locally and internationally. We want someone who believes in The Quad's vision to help people build stronger lives and take our message to 1000s of people around the world who want effective and sustainable fitness journeys.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Manager - Sales & Growth
- Communicating with inbound leads/prospective clients (lead outreach) regarding all services provided by The Quad via phone, Zoom and also in-person when needed
- Providing guidance with goal-setting, setting up trial classes and helping prospective clients and leads understand how The Quad can help them with their goals.
- Own the sales cycle for each prospect from introduction to closure of the sale
- Lead stage management, follow up and pipeline prospecting along with your manager
- Use CRM tool to consistently track all effort, and meet quarterly targets
- Participate in regular training and skill development programmes
- Liaising with marketing to provide insights about lead demographics, lead and conversation quality and conversion statistics
- Have a growth/start-up mentality!
This growth path leads to leading a vertical, team or an entire region by yourself as we grow!
Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales & marketing in any industry or capable freshers are also invited.
- Consultative selling skills, not transactional selling (experience with B2C is a bonus!)
- Ability to learn and adapt to process quickly
- Pleasant, patient and calm demeanour when interacting with leads/clients
- High proficiency with MS Office, Google Work (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Effective and confident communicator, both verbal and written
