I haven't worked out in a long time. And I have a few problems as well, physically. I am not entirely sure if this is for me, but I wanted to find out. You guys look a bit too, hmm, intense.

Don't worry! We will assess your movement patterns, and based on current ability and comfort levels, we will carefully ease you into training regularly.


What is the The Quadʼs BootCampTM?

The Quad’s BootCampTM is a fun, outdoor, group training experience unlike any other.

It is a method of training that is conceptualized based on the successes and failures of our founder-coaches Arv and Raj with various training methods - P90X, CrossFit, long-distance running, triathlon training, barbell strength training, Olympic Lifting, Kettlebell training, calisthenics, plyometrics - to name a few.

Quality of Life

I am not even sure why am here, and if I should be doing these things. I am not in great shape, and think this is beyond me. Is it?

If your poor fitness level is what is holding you back, you have nothing to worry. We can whip you back into shape in a few months. Issues related to joint pains (lower back, knees, neck etc.) could mean many things from arthritis to poor posture. Depending on what your issues we'll either work with you to help you fix them or will advice you about the kind of treatment that will best help you. Irrespective, talk to us. We'll show you a way.

Considering that I had never stepped into any gym before, I was merely curious about what these guys would be doing that is not being done elsewhere. Why does food matter?

Nutrition matters a whole lot because of the fact that hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, inflammation, gut health, and overall health can all be impacted by a diet based on real food. Whatever one's fitness goals are, if you neglect nutrition, you will not get very far! The shortest path towards a healthy you is by embracing a 'quality-over-quantity' approach. Have you worked with folks who weren't that fit to start off with?

We understand your worry. Due to the nature of our lives, a lot of us have dysfunctions in our body, and identifying and fixing these is of paramount importance. That's what we will start off by doing, and build you up slowly. Once this is done, you will feel like a new person!
