I heard you guys do a lot of cool stuff. I am pretty fit. I play a sport/have a hobby, and would be cool if you guys helped me improve my performance there.

Yep, we are fitness enthusiasts first and foremost. And we love training, and cooking up new methods to make our workouts fun, entertaining, and productive. So, don't worry, we got your fix!


What is the The Quadʼs BootCampTM?

The Quad’s BootCampTM is a fun, outdoor, group training experience unlike any other.

It is a method of training that is conceptualized based on the successes and failures of our founder-coaches Arv and Raj with various training methods - P90X, CrossFit, long-distance running, triathlon training, barbell strength training, Olympic Lifting, Kettlebell training, calisthenics, plyometrics - to name a few.

Who are you guys?

The Quad is a fitness enterprise that aims to redefine the way fitness is understood and approached in India.

We are a team of certified fitness and nutrition professionals who have each made life changes and compromises of many kinds in order to bring to you the the truth behind optimal fitness and sustainable wholesome nutrition. Who are you guys?

I am already fit, and I have specific goals. What can you do for me?

We can help you reach those goals by fine-tuning your training. Analysing your strengths and weaknesses, and chipping away at stuff you need to work on can be done under the watchful eyes of The Quad Squad. And based on your commitment levels and goals, we will pull you in for advanced training (by invitation only) in our Strength & Conditioning and Sports Performance classes.

Fat loss and looking good is an awesome side-effect of improved health and performance.


What about nutrition?

Nutrition is key to achieving high levels of performance. While you probably have good nutrition habits, we will be able to add value here as well.

And we will also help you fuel yourself accordingly for improved performance, pre-workout and post-workout, and all that jazz.

Our eating principles are simple

  • Eat real food
  • Eat when you are hungry, and eat to satiation
  • Don’t count calories
  • Skip stuff that comes in a box
  • Remove common allergens and irritants

What kinda cool things will I get to do?

Functional movements that treat the body as one piece, which is much more than a sum of its parts is what we will be spending our time on. The more muscle mass you recruit for a movement, the more awesome the results. Squats, swings, calisthenics, diagonal displacements, pulls, presses, sprints, plyometric training are just some of the stuff you will be doing.

And you will be using kettlebells, tyres, battling ropes and your own body to pull off these things! A picture is worth a thousand words, so check out some of the pictures of folks training at the The Quadʼs BootCampTM.

Cool things

Only 3 hours a week? But I thought I am supposed to work out 6 days a week at least.

More is not necessarily better. Better is better. Stress level, both physical and mental, are at an all-time high for kids, retired folks and everyone in between. Working out, while it feels great, is also an added stressor on the body. Eventually, you will wear your body down. The smarter way to train is to leave each session stronger than when you came in to it. And for that, you need ideal rest periods.

The fantastic variety, the personalised attention of the coaches and the company of like-minded people at 5am provide an unmatched combination. I would wholeheartedly recommend this programme to anyone, especially those who are looking for fitness and not just "weight loss".
